According to CBS News, reality television star Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from her husband, former NBA star Lamar Odom.

Kardashian, 29, filed divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on December 13. In her paperwork, she cited “irreconcilable differences”. She also reportedly asked the judge to change her name from “Odom”, and she is not asking for spousal support.

CBS News reported that the divorce comes after months of speculation about trouble in the couple’s marriage, with reports of drug abuse by Odom and infidelity. In September, Odom reportedly spent one day in rehab following a DUI arrest.

Odom, 33, and Kardashian married four years ago after a courtship that included their own television show Khloe & Lamar that aired on E!. Odom has two children from a previous relationship.
