PharMerica Data Breach Investigation

On March 14, 2022, PharMerica, a pharmacy services company, announced that it had experienced a data breach of private health and other information for almost six million customers. Specifically, it announced that private information such as a person’s name, address, date of birth, social security number, medications and health insurance information, may have been taken by a third party. There is evidence that this information may have been leaked publicly through certain websites. Affected individuals may be at serious risk.

Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. is investigating potential claims against PharMerica and its parent company BrightSpring Health Services.
