According to Fox News, actress and musician Jennifer Lopez has filed court documents in an attempt to change her name legally, and is asking for joint legal and physical custody of her two children in her divorce case.

Lopez, 41, separated from her husband/singer Marc Anthony in July 2011, with Anthony filing a divorce petition in 2012. Lopez is reportedly asking for her name to be changed back to Jennifer Lopez from her legal surname Muñiz, which is Anthony’s real last name.

Fox News also reported that Lopez is attempting to bar the court’s ability to award spousal support to Anthony. The two began dating and wed in 2004. Anthony cited irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition.
