What property can be distributed by the judge?

All property acquired during the marriage can be distributed by the judge or my agreement, not withstanding whose name the property is in. That include pensions, IRAs, 401k’s, the house, all assets that you’ve accumulated. It does not include property that was acquired prior to the marriage.
