Property owners are responsible to maintain their property in a reasonably safe condition. A hazardous condition would be one that’s not reasonably safe. If a property owner knows, or should’ve know because they should’ve inspected their property properly, that there is a hazardous or dangerous condition on their property, they are responsible if someone is injured as a result of that condition.
