Unfortunately, a bad result does not mean malpractice was committed. Sometimes, even in the best of hands, things don’t work out as planned. Complications or bad results in and of themselves do not mean that you have a claim that you can sue on. You need to be able to establish that the doctor did something wrong and that his negligence caused the problem to be able to bring a claim.
