I wasn’t injured, but the accident caused inconvenience and aggravation. Can I sue?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Inconvenience and aggravation are part of what happens when you have an accident. Unless you’ve got a serious injury, in either New York or New Jersey the no fault insurance law prevents you from bringing a claim for just inconvenience and aggravation.
