When you’re working off the employer’s network, they have the ability to review your emails, what websites you go on, or social media, anything. I would advise you not to do anything wrong on the employer’s network. Most companies now have policies that govern internet and email monitoring, but even in the absence of that you should never, ever expect your communications or your internet usage to be protected.
