Custody right can be modified. The purpose and function of a custody or a visitation agreement is for the best interests of the children. If the facts and circumstances have changed since you made your agreement or since the judge made an order, if you can demonstrate that it’s in the best interests of the children, that the arrangement be modified, it can be modified.
