KGG Investigating the Jool Baby Nova Baby Infant Swing

This product is dangerous and poses a serious risk of Suffocation for Infants.

KGG is currently investigating a putative class action against Jool Baby regarding their Nova Baby Infant Swing. It is alleged the swing poses a serious risk of suffocation due to its incline angle which is greater than 10 degrees. The incline angle is in violation of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Infant Sleep Products Regulation and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. Jool Baby recently announced a recall of 63,000 of these swings. Owners can check the swing’s manufacturing label to see the date and year of manufacture.
⦁ Swings were manufactured between June 2022 and September 2023
⦁ Sold at Walmart, the Jool Baby website, Amazon, Babylist and Target

If you have purchased this swing, you may be entitled to a full refund under the law, as the threat they pose and the laws they violate render them useless.
