KGG is currently investigating a putative class action for the false representations by Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., (“J&J”) that its Neutrogena and/or Aveeno brand sunscreens manufactured by J&J have benzene-contamination.  These sunscreens are dangerous because they contain carcinogenic toxins that can cause cancer with repeated exposure.
