KGG is currently investigating a putative class action for certain vehicles which contain peeling or sticky surfaces of interior electrical switches which can include the steering wheel switches, door and window switches, air conditioning switches, radio control buttons and/or center console panel trim. These driver or passenger touch points are peeling or are sticky to the touch when exposed to a combination of high temperature and humidity. Numerous models from the following car manufacturers are affected: Jaguar, Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Aston Martin. This list is not inclusive, and this defect can be present in other higher end luxury vehicles.
