KGG Investigating Dollar General for Price Hiking and False Advertising

KGG is currently investigating a putative class action concerning the false advertising and false marketing related to Dollar General’s packaging of its Infants’ Pain & Fever Acetaminophen-DGTM  (Infants’ Product) and its Children’s Pain & Fever Acetaminophen-DGTM (Children’s Product). Dollar General has deceived consumers into believing that the active ingredient in the Infants’ Product is different than the active ingredient in the Children’s Product, and that infants cannot safely take the Children’s Product despite the fact that both products contain the same exact amount of acetaminophen in the same dosage amounts.

As a result of this deception, consumers pay a price premium for the Infants’ Product which Dollar General sells at a substantially higher price.

If you have purchased Dollar General Infants’ Pain & Fever Acetaminophen-DGTM and wish to speak with the attorneys at the firm about this matter, please contact class action attorney Melissa R. Emert, Esq., or Gary S. Graifman, Esq., Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., 747 Chestnut Ridge Road – Suite 200, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977 via telephone: (866) 896-0935, fax: (845) 356-4335, or email: [email protected] or [email protected].
