The Firm is investigating a design defect claim involving the BMW 335XI motor vehicle. The vehicle is designed with a long tailpipe that allegedly sticks too far out of the back of the vehicle and becomes extremely hot after driving. This presents a substantial risk of inadvertently contact with the hot tailpipe while persons are accessing the trunk or otherwise behind the vehicle. This has caused personal injury including leg burns and permanent scarring.
