Eloize Dayanghirang-Bender has recently joined Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. as an Associate in the firm’s Class Action Department. Her practice focuses on consumer protection cases involving data privacy violations, data breaches, and deceptive business practices.
Before joining Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., Eloize was appointed by the Supreme Court of the Philippines as a law clerk in a family court in one of the country’s busiest judicial stations. In that role, she gained hands-on experience with courtroom procedures, case management, and judicial decision-making.
After relocating to New York and New Jersey, she externed at an insurance defense firm, where she became familiar with U.S. civil procedure. She subsequently interned at immigration law firms, where she developed her skills in case preparation and client-focused advocacy.
Eloize earned her Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Fordham University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and received the Vivian Leitner Global South LL.M. Scholarship, a full-tuition award. At Fordham, she founded the Fordham International Law Association and co-chaired its Human Rights Department. For her leadership and advocacy, she was recognized by the Philippine Consulate in New York.
Admitted to practice law in both New York and the Philippines, Eloize brings a global, interdisciplinary perspective to her work in complex, high-impact litigation.
