10-month-old dies in Kinderhook car accident

Police say on November 2 at approximately 5:20 p.m., police were dispatched by Columbia County to the area of Route 9 and Rapp Road for a two- car head-on auto collision.

A 2009 Nissan Rogue, operated by 34-year-old Sai Htwe of Albany was traveling northbound on State Route 9. Police say Manning failed to maintain his designated lane of travel and entered the northbound lane striking the Nissan head-on.
