Sexual harassment is any type of harassment based on the characteristic of sex. There are two types. One is called quid pro quo. That is where the employer conditions your continued employment, or perhaps a promotion, on engaging in some sort of sexual relationship. The second part is sexual harassment where you’re subjected to unwanted, unwelcome advances by an employee or your employer, and the employer doesn’t do anything about it. So there are two types, but they have to be based on the characteristic of sex.
