Mr. Rothstein received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 2014, where he concentrated his studies in Matrimonial Law as well as issues concerning Land Use, Zoning and Medical Malpractice. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, with magna cum laude honors, from the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Rothstein is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Rothstein’s practice includes high net-worth equitable distribution, complex custody and child support disputes, the negotiation of pre and post nuptial agreements, real estate transactions, contract disputes, and criminal matters. He appears before Supreme, Family and Criminal Courts across New York State and New Jersey. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Rothstein was a Law Clerk for a well-known Supreme Court Judge.
