Debra M. Burg, Esq.

Debra is of counsel to the firm and focuses on document review in connection with the firm’s nationwide consumer class action practice. Since 2019, Debra has served as a Legal Analyst for  the Career and Professional Development Center at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she directs  compilation of employment data collected for ABA, NALP and US NEWS, assists with employer outreach and market information for employment opportunities for students and alumni, and leads the CLE program at the law school.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association of State of New York and is a Leadership Dutchess graduate of the Class of 2013.  Debra earned her B.A. in Business (Finance and Marketing) from the University at Albany and her J.D. from Albany Law School, where she was a member of Albany Law Review.  Early in her career, Debra practiced in New York City based firms, concentrating in corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, and private equity transactions.
