Andre Arias joined Kantrowitz Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. as an associate in 2023 and practices in the firm’s national Class Action Department. Prior to joining KGG, Mr. Arias received his Juris Doctorate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he was named one of the Law School’s top four Oral Advocates as selected by the Law School’s Advanced Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Arias earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree with magna cum laude honors, from Pace University. He has been involved in the Eversource Tropical Storm Isaias class action litigation, the Samsung Chromebook Defect class action, among others.
Andre was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, where he lives today. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree, and throughout Law School, Andre worked as an Events Coordinator specializing in Weddings in New York City and Westchester County. Mr. Arias is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
