Credit Karma Fraud Class Action Litigation

By Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C.Class Action

KANTROWITZ, GOLDHAMER & GRAIFMAN, P.C. is investigating claims against Credit Karma, Inc. (“Credit Karma”) relating to fraudulent activity affecting customers’ Credit Karma Money Spend and Save accounts. Despite federal regulations requiring reimbursement for unauthorized transactions, many customers who have suffered losses due to fraud have not been reimbursed by Credit Karma.

Credit Karma, owned by Intuit, is a major personal finance company trusted by millions of Americans. Through its online banking platform, Credit Karma offers checking and savings accounts through partner banks. To open an account, customers are required to provide sensitive Personal Identifying Information (PII), including a government-issued ID, bank account details, and other private data.

Unfortunately, victims of fraud have experienced unauthorized access to their accounts and personal information, leading not only to direct financial losses but also exposing them to further identity theft risks. Credit Karma’s failure to properly secure customer data and accounts has resulted in significant harm to thousands of users.

If you are a current or former customer of Credit Karma who has experienced fraud, unauthorized charges, or unreimbursed losses involving your Credit Karma Money accounts, you may be entitled to compensation.
