A fatal crash on the ramp connecting Interstate 287 to Interstate 87 in Hillburn has left one man dead and two others injured. The driver of the MINI Cooper, a 64-year-old man from New Jersey, was extricated from his vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Two occupants of the minivan, a woman and a 13-year-old passenger, both from New Jersey, sustained injuries described as non-life-threatening. State troopers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
