New Jersey driver charged with vehicular homicide in teen’s 2014 death

A New Jersey driver was high on drugs when he caused a three-car crash that killed a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.
Nicholas Garreffi, 40, was charged on Monday with vehicular homicide in the 2014 death of Aisling Cooke.
