According to the Associated Press, actors Josh Brolin and Diane Lane have finalized their divorce.

Last week, the AP reported that the couple’s divorce judgment was entered by a court. The couple was married for more than eight years, filing for divorce in February.

A financial settlement was not filed with the court; although the gossip website TMZ reported that Lane checked the box not to seek spousal support outside of their arrangement. The website reported that the couple had “some sort of private financial arrangement.”

The couple had no children together. Lane, whose legal name was Diane Lane Brolin, will go back to using the name Diane Lane.

Lane has starred in films like Unfaithful and Under the Tuscan Sun. Brolin has starred in No Country for Old Men and Milk. Both have been nominated for Academy Awards.

Brolin is currently in a rehab facility according to multiple news outlets, after several public drunkenness incidents over the last month.
