Kantrowitz, Goldhamer, & Graifman, P.C. is actively investigating a data breach at Oglethorpe, Inc. (“Oglethorpe”) involving a cyberattack that exposed sensitive customer information. Oglethorpe provides business management and operational services for health centers, clinics, and hospitals.
On or about June 6, 2025, Oglethorpe detected unauthorized activity in its computer system. Following an investigation, Oglethorpe discovered that certain personal information of its customers had been compromised. However, the company did not begin notifying its customers until October 31, 2025. For over four months, this information was subject to increased vulnerability since customers were unable to take timely steps to protect themselves.
Compromised information may include:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s License Number
- Medical information
