Motility Software Solutions Data Breach

MOTILITY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS DATA BREACH CLASS ACTION INVESTIGATION

Kantrowitz, Goldhamer, & Graifman, P.C. is actively investigating a data breach at Motility Software Solutions, Inc. (“MSSI”) involving a cyberattack that exposed sensitive customer information. MSSI provides business management software for specialty vehicle dealerships, including marine, powersport, and emergency vehicles. 

On or about August 19, 2025, MSSI detected unauthorized activity in its computer system. Following an investigation, MSSI discovered that certain personal information of its customers had been compromised. However, the company did not begin notifying its customers until September 29, 2025. For over a month, this information was subject to increased vulnerability since customers were unable to take timely steps to protect themselves. 

Compromised information may include:

• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number
