KGG is currently investigating a putative class action related to the recall of several formulas of Sportmix brand due to Toxic Mold. Many pets have died already and the FDA issued a nationwide alert about Toxic Mold in SPORTMIX PET FOOD. Many varieties were recalled after pets started dying. Buyers of SPORTMIX PET FOOD could be compensated. Recall lots include the following varieties:
- Sportmix Energy Plus
- Sportmix Premium High Energy
- Sportmix Original Cat
