KGG Investigating CLAIROL’S Root Touch-Up Product – False Advertising Lawsuit

Did you purchase CLAIROL’s Root Touch-Up hair coloring product? If the label promised “10% more,” you may have been the victim of false advertising, as the product actually contains LESS, and not more, formula than the original packaging. Consumers who bought this deceptively labeled product may be legally entitled to monetary compensation by joining a Clairol hair product class-action lawsuit.

Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman is currently investigating a class action lawsuit relating to labeling misstatements on CLAIROL’s root touch-up creme and lotion. The exterior of the product’s box now falsely states that you are receiving “10% MORE FOR EXTRA COVERAGE.” However, the contents are actually less than the original product, notwithstanding the 10%-more claim, and there may not be enough product for full coverage.

If you wish to find out more about this investigation or participate in a Clairol hair coloring product class-action lawsuit, please call our office at 845-356-2570 or contact Clairol class action lawyers GARY S. GRAIFMAN at [email protected] or MELISSA R. EMERT at [email protected].
