DISA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, INC., DATA BREACH CLASS ACTION LITIGATION
Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., is currently investigating DISA Global Solutions, Inc., (“DISA”), regarding a data breach affecting the personal information of more than 3.3 million individuals. DISA, located in Houston, Texas, is one of the largest employee screeners in the United States, providing a wide array of services for over 55,000 employers including drug and alcohol testing, background checks, occupational health, transportation compliance, and financial due diligence.
On or about April 22, 2024, DISA discovered that it suffered a cyber-attack on its network. DISA’s internal investigation revealed that a hacker gained access to its network on February 9, 2024, remained undetected for over two months, and was able to “procure some information” from its network. On February 22, 2025, DISA notified the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation that the following sensitive information had been compromised:
- Full names
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license number
- Financial account information
- Other government ID numbers
- “Other data elements”
