KGG INVESTIGATING LEXUS VEHICLE DEFECT IN EVAPORATOR DRAIN

The law firm KGG is investigating a putative class action against the auto manufacturer Toyota, and its LEXUS branded vehicles. The lawsuit will allege that LEXUS models from 2015-2022, including the LEXUS CT 200h, LEXUS Es 350, LEXUS Es 300h, LEXUS GX 460, LEXUS HS 250h, LEXUS LFA, LEXUS LS 460, LEXUS LS 600hL, LEXUS RX 350/450h, and LEXUS RX 350 (NAP) have a defect with their evaporator drain. This defect makes the evaporator drain susceptible to damaging blockages. The blockages prevent water from these vehicles’ air conditioning system from draining outside the vehicle, thus causing the water to drain inside the cabin, resulting in water damage.

If you are experiencing these complications with your Lexus vehicle, you may be entitled to a refund for the cost of your repairs.
