KGG Investigating CLAIROL for Deceptive Labeling and False Advertising

By Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C.Class Action

KGG is currently investigating a putative class action for the deceptive labeling and false advertising of its Root Touch-Up, Permanent Root Color product.

This year, Clairol introduced a new box of its Root Touch-Up product that includes the representation that the box contains “10% MORE FOR EXTRA COVERAGE”. This is a false representation because the box does not contain 10% more product but in fact, in many cases, contains less product than was in the old boxes and is barely enough product for sufficient coverage of grey.

If you have purchased Clairol’s Root, Touch-Up with “10% More For Extra Coverage” and wish to speak with the attorneys at the firm about this matter, please contact class action attorney Melissa R. Emert, Esq., or Gary S. Graifman, Esq., Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., 747 Chestnut Ridge Road – Suite 200, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977 via telephone: (866) 896-0935, fax: (845) 356-4335, or email: [email protected] or [email protected].
