According to the New York Daily News, Sherri Shepherd, a co-host on ABC’s “The View”, has filed for divorce from her husband in New Jersey. divorce

The filing reportedly comes several days after her estranged husband Lamar Sally filed for a legal separation in California.

In her filing, Shepherd did not specify anything related to custody of her and Sally’s unborn child, which they are having via surrogacy, according to the Daily News.

In his filing, Sally requested custody of the baby and only wants his wife to have visitation rights. In Shepherd’s filing, she indicated she wants her prenuptial agreement to be enforced, while Sally has requested that it be invalidated based on “fraud”.

Gossip site TMZ reported that the couple’s agreement specifies that he only receive $60,000 if the marriage lasts between two and five years. The couple has been married for three years.
