Gary S. Graifman, who heads the class action practice at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, is set to be a featured speaker at the NJ State Bar Association Annual Meeting on May 14, 2015 at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Mr. Graifman will address “Latest Developments in Class Action Litigation.” As part of the class action panel, he will touch upon cyber security data breach class actions, including the Target data breach class action, Home Depot data breach class action and the various medical data class actions involving Anthem Healthcare and Premera Healthcare.
The NJSBA’s May meeting in Atlantic City is expected to be one of the largest gatherings of legal professionals, in all of 2015. In attendance, there will be over 2,700 judges, paralegals, attorneys, law clerks and legal administrations drawn from all areas of law. In addition to Mr. Graifman, there will be other featured speakers who are top professionals in the legal community. The purpose of this event is to inform, educate and open networking opportunities for all in attendance. The event will include multiple educational seminars to help members stay informed in all areas of law.
Mr. Graifman hopes his talk will foster and promote growth amongst members of the NJSBA. Speakers at the NJSBA enhance the quality of practice in law because they raise awareness of current trends and issues concerning the legal system and profession.
