Sam Smith joined Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. in the Spring of 2019. His primary focus is employment law, class actions, and general litigation.
Prior to joining Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., Mr. Smith worked as an associate at a New York law firm, where he litigated matters involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and other employment matters.
Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He was a member and Articles Editor for the Hofstra Law Review, and had a Note published by the Hofstra Law Review, titled Show Me the Mediation!: Introducing Mediation Prior to Salary Arbitration in Major League Baseball. He is admitted to practice before New York State courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
