Gary S. Graifman, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years. He handles the firm’s employment law practice as well as commercial litigation, class action securities and consumer law, copyright and trademark law. He also maintains an entertainment law practice and regularly represents artists, production companies and related entities.

Mr. Graifman is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Federal Courts in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He also is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Eighth Circuits.

Mr. Graifman both founded and served as counsel to the Private Art Dealers Association, an exclusive trade organization of fine art dealers. Finally, he serves as a member of the Class Action Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as Chairman of the Employment Law Committee of the Rockland County Bar Association.
