Meet Attorney Tamara Zurkovsky, Esq. – Associate
KGG associate attorney Tamara Zurkovsky focuses on litigating a broad range of civil matters including negligence claims, employment matters, commercial disputes, and family law issues. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey (2005) and New York (2010).
Ms. Zurkovsky has extensive litigation and trial experience and formerly served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. Immediately prior to joining KGG, Ms. Zurkovsky worked for a New Jersey family law firm. Ms. Zurkovsky also gained broad general commercial litigation experience, having been employed at two highly-respected boutique Manhattan law firms. Ms. Zurkovsky was a confidential law attorney for a Kings County judge, volunteered as a courtroom advocate to assist victims of domestic violence, and worked for the Legal Aid Society on class action appellate matters. She has tried numerous cases to conclusion and has successfully handled appeals.
She is a Certified Family and Divorce Mediator, and an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).
Ms. Zurkovsky received her Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in family law from Yeshiva University and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Smith College.
