The firm has commenced a class action on behalf of purchasers and/or lessees of the Toyota Sienna, model years 2004-2007. The complaint alleges these vehicles are equipped with defective Sliding Doors, which could potentially endanger vehicle users and, as alleged, should be repaired as a warranty item. The inability of the Sliding Doors to open and close properly is most often caused by the failure of the Sliding Doors' motor assembly. The Sliding Door Defect poses an unreasonable safety risk in the event of an accident or necessary quick egress from the rear seats of the vehicle, which are often occupied by minors.
